OrganizationsWOMEN OF GETHSEMANE The women of Gethsemane attend two LWMS rallies a year (one in the spring and one in the fall). These rallies are held at a church in our LWMS circuit. The purpose of these rallies is for fellowship with our sister congregations, Bible study, and to encourage a heart for missions. Throughout the year we gather money to be sent to both the national and circuit LWMS for use on projects selected each year. We gather a collection once a year to send to our assigned missionaries through LWMS. Birthday and anniversary cards are also sent to our missionaries and their children throughout the year. LITTLE HANDS little hearts that believe, little hands that pray, little feet that go... Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 6pm - 7:30pm, children get together and do all sorts of exciting things. We have tie-dyed shirts, made cards for missionaries, played games, had camp fires, brought Christmas gifts for families less fortunate, and have done many other fun activities. We focus on building various skills, helping the community, and building relationships. Any child that is age two or older can participate.
